Cancellation Policy

2)Cancellation Policy Client agrees that it is his or her responsibility to notify The Natural Skincare Institute at least 24 hours in advance if he or she must cancel or reschedule a class. If Client does not cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, Client may forfeit the opportunity to reschedule it. If The Natural Skincare Institute must cancel or reschedule a class, we will reschedule a new appointment at Client’s convenience. The deposit is non refundable.
