Refund & Exchange policy

Please note: There are no refunds for online video course purchases.

In accordance with your statutory rights you have 14 days from the receipt of your goods to return for a full refund if you change your mind. This does not apply online video courses. if your goods are faulty or there are discrepancies you have 30 days to return them for a full refund, except the case of Yoni Steam Herbs and Custom made herbal blends, as they under different category of products (perishable, tailor-made or personalized goods, underwear and hygiene products).

Yoni Steam Business in a Box REFUND/EXCHANGE policy

 

Important - All sales for Yoni Steam Business in a Box are FINAL. However you have 7 days from the receipt of your goods to return for a full refund if the product is damaged. Unfortunately due to the nature of this product (customer goods with a hygiene issue) we can’t accept returns unless it is damaged.

 

If the Yoni Steam Box is defective or arrives damaged do not use it. Please let us know immediately within 7 days of receiving it. Take photos of the defect and send them to info@naturalskincarechick.com. If it is determined that your item is defective or was damaged during shipping the item will be replaced. Save all of your packaging. You will have to re-package it for pickup by your delivery service. We will not replace items that do not have the original packaging for transport. 

 

Vaginal/Yoni steaming herbs return eligibility:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the herb packets have been opened we're unable to offer a refund.

Situations where we are unable to offer return/refund:

  •     Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  •     Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to the Natural Skincare Chick Beauty Box ("the Beauty Box"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a subscription purchase.

2. Subscription Billing

  • The Beauty Box subscription is billed at a monthly rate of $59.99 or $49.99.

  • Billing occurs automatically on the date of your initial subscription purchase and subsequently on the same date each month.

  • You will be charged using the payment method provided during the subscription setup.

 

3. Subscription Renewal

  • Your Beauty Box subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled by you.

  • To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support at info@naturalskincarechick.com  at least seven (7) days before your next billing date.

  • We do not offer refunds for subscription boxes that have already been billed and processed.

 

4. Product Assortment

  • The products included in each Beauty Box may vary from month to month.

  • Images of products on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact products received in your subscription.

 

5. Shipping

  • Shipping within the domestic United States is included in the subscription price.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

6. Delivery

  • The Beauty Box is typically shipped within 5 days after your billing date.

  • Please allow for standard shipping times for delivery.

 

7. Returns and Refunds
